Due to the threat of the COVID-19 virus and concern for the safety of our employees, clients and the public, our office building will be locked down and accessible only to “authorized” employees. All in-person and over the counter services are being suspended until further notice.

If you have an application that has been declined or have a question regarding a consumer report provided by ACRAnet/CBS Reporting, Inc. please contact our consumer service department by calling (509) 324-1289 or e-mailing consumerdisputes@acranet.com.

If you are in need of a copy of your credit report and have not been previously screened by our company, a copy of your report from one or all three of the national credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian or TransUnion) can be obtained on-line at “Annualcreditreport.com”.
